Basic Specifications
- This service transmits urine sediment images measured and captured by AUTION EYE AI-4510 to our image analysis center, and returns the results of reclassifying the images.
- AUTION EYE AI-4510 is required to use this service.
- Customers are required to give final approval to the results returned by this service.
Communication Environment
Image data is transmitted from AUTION EYE AI-4510 to the image analysis center via your facility’s internet connection.
Please prepare a wired communication environment with a communication speed of 10 Mbps or higher.
Available Hours
This service is available from 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and company holidays such as year-end, New Year, and summer holidays based on our business calendar.
The final acceptance of image data for confirmation requests is 16:50.
Contract Period
This service is a monthly subscription service.
The minimum contract period is one year.
The service start date will be the first business day of the desired month.
Usage Fee
This service allows you to request confirmation of 300 images per month for 100,000 yen (excluding tax).
We also offer additional plans to accommodate exceeding your usage, and plans with an expanded monthly usage limit in advance. Please contact us for details.
Security Specifications
Robust cloud service compliant with 3 ministries and 2 guidelines
AUTION EYE Smart Assist has established a secure service system that complies with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s “Guidelines for the Safety of Medical Information Systems” and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ “Safety Management Guidelines for Providers of Information Systems and Services Handling Medical Information.”
We monitor and check for vulnerabilities using AWS services, and take measures according to the risk level when vulnerabilities are identified.
Encryption communication and security by ISMS certified operators
SSL/TLS encrypted communication is used for communication between the image classification center and each terminal.
TLS1.2, the latest communication encryption technology, is used for the security protocol.
In addition, our affiliated company that manages and operates information has built an information security system that complies with ISO standards and has obtained ISMS certification.
Data communication that does not include personal information by P-mark certified operators
The data sent from medical institutions is only the images and data necessary for remote classification.
The data acquired by the image analysis center is encrypted in a form that does not include personal information, and we do not acquire personal information.
In addition, our affiliated company that has obtained Privacy Mark (insurance medical and welfare field) certification manages and operates information.
Flow until introduction
2-3 months before: Demonstration preparation
We will conduct a demonstration to verify the introduction conditions.
We will ask about the situation at your facility and prepare the equipment to be installed.
1.5-2 months before: Demonstration
We will conduct a demonstration for several days and check the settings such as microscopy standards.
1-1.5 months before: Operation simulation
We will analyze the demonstration results, simulate the optimal operating conditions for your facility, and report them.
0.5-1 months before: Confirmation of system conditions and contract conditions
We will explain and confirm the system conditions such as the communication environment.
We will also explain the service contract conditions and prepare for the contract.
Delivery/Start of operation
We will deliver AUTION EYE Smart Assist.
